→Because it is easier for them to cook It on a stick so they don't burn themselves. And also when they rotate it they can cook it properly and make it crispy for them to eat.

→Because tongans are use to coconut milk it creamier and it part of their culture and it is way more yummer but when you use cow milk it alright it just not that nice

→different types of Lu,  different types of otai, keke isite, Pig. The reason why that i want to eat these dishes is because it amazing it delicious i mostly like keke isite otai and Lu
