Seven Sister Story

 A long time ago there were seven sisters they made kites to celebrate matariki day.

The first sister was the oldest and she made a green kite. The green kite was from harakeke brush. Then the second sister she was the meanest but she had a orange kite. And the kite was from raupo brush. Then the third sister she made a pink kite. She made the pink kite from manuka tree. And the fourth sister made a red kite the that was from puriri. Also the fifth sister made a blue kite like the sea. Then the sixth sister made a white kite. And she made it from toetoe brush.

After that the seventh sister was the smallest her name was

Matariki. Her kite was rainbow like the sky. then after That

There was no wind. So they tide there kite on the tree. Then

When they tide it in the tree the wind came. Then the baby

Sister woke up and she woke everyone up. Then at

Night time they sore the kite with the matariki stars.

The Zoo

Last week on thursday we went to the zoo. And there were parent  coming with us. Then when we

Arrived we  went outside  to line up. Then we had to listen to the lady who was talking.

Then we walked around and the animals that we sore was Big. Elephant then we sore the flamingo

Then after we sore the animal we went to have morning tea. Then when we finish there

Were ladys that work at the zoo they shone us the eels. And the tuatara after that she was talking

To us and  she shone something in her bag .and it was some eggs and toy. of the

Tuatara.Then  after that we went to bug lab. And it  was dark and it look like laser tag.

But we had to put our bags on the green line. But inside was some bugs and a bug slide.

Also  there were big bugs and there were activities. Thene after we finish bug lab

We had lunch. Then after we had lunch we walk around. But the funny part was we sore

A big bird. And this man he works at the zoo. And the girl was talking and the man was feeding

The big bird.  And when he put the bird on the stick. Then iI put my hand up because

I want the bird to come on my arm. Then we had morning tea after that we went back to

School.  I had fun at the zoo, especially the Bug Lab.

Mufti and Wheels Day

on friday we had mufti wheels day too selibrate the year
8 camp and our teacher had a bag and
we had to give one doller our two doller to the teacher for the year 8 camp
