How i be healthy is by drinking water and eating
Healthy food. Also being fit and exercising at home with my mom. Also running outside
To the field. And sleep early and eat breakfast
So you can be strong. and play sport and get trophies. Also eat vegetable and eat healthy
So you can be healthy and drink healthy.
Staff. And eat something good in the
Fridge. also go to school on time to learn. So you can be happy every day.
